Blog No. 25 - Margaret Morgan

For me one of the best things about working for Menter Iaith Sir Benfro is the variety of activities we take part in. We’ve recently walked with Iolo Williams, worked together with learn Welsh Pembrokeshire in the Learners’ Festival with Adam ‘yn yr ardd’ Jones and on a trip around Ceredigion. As a staff we work with children and adults of all ages and with Welsh speakers an learners alike.

But one aspect I particularly enjoy is travelling around the county to meet friends old and new in coffee and chat sessions. It’s always a pleasure to be invited to Coffee Cymraeg at the Torch, there’s always a lively conversation- from exam experiences to tricky questions on Welsh grammar, and news of the past month - and all this over a lovely cup of coffee and a delicious cake in good company! Thank you for the invitation!
