The Torch Theatre is part of the fabric of Milford Haven and Pembrokeshire. We're here not just to entertain, but to bring people together, open up creative opportunities and make a difference to the lives of people in our community.
From creative workshops and inclusive movement sessions to dementia-friendly cinema and opportunities for young people, we believe the arts have the power to connect us, build confidence and help everyone feel they belong.
You don't have to step onto a stage or sit in an auditorium to be part of the Torch. There's a place here for everyone.

Creativity shouldn't have barriers. We want to make opportunities to take part in the arts accessible to people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities, creating welcoming spaces where people can explore their interests, express themselves and discover something new.

My Moves
Movement, expression and connection.
My Moves is a disability movement group delivered in association with Arts Care. It offers an opportunity to explore movement and creative expression in a supportive environment.
Movies & Memories
The joy of cinema, shared together.
Our dementia-friendly film screenings offer an opportunity to enjoy the magic of the movies in a welcoming environment, helping people living with dementia and those accompanying them enjoy a shared experience.
Cradle Choir
Music, friendship and shared experiences.
In partnership with Welsh National Opera, Cradle Choir brings people together through singing and music, creating opportunities for connection and enjoyment.

Young People & Education
Inspiring the next generation.
We want young people to experience the benefits of creativity, develop confidence and discover new possibilities through the arts. From Youth Theatre to educational opportunities, we're passionate about helping young people find their voice.
Volunteering

Volunteering at the Torch
The Torch Theatre is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to be a part of Team Torch at Pembrokeshire’s only professional theatre and arts venue.
Front of House Volunteers
Are you aged 16 or over and want to work with one of the top theatres in Wales?
Why not volunteer for the Torch Front of House Team?
As well as providing a warm welcome and checking tickets, selling programmes, sweets and ice-creams to the thousands of people who come through the doors annually Volunteers also receive a range of other benefits including complimentary and reduced price tickets for the many events taking place throughout the year.
