HOW TO BOOK
Our Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 10am - 8pm. Weekend hours are Saturday & Sunday 10am - 8pm.
We are encouraging all customers to use e-tickets or print at home tickets ahead of time (this will mean reduced times queuing in our foyer). Please book your tickets online: if you need to book more than four tickets, have any accessibility requirements or general queries, please speak to one of our Box Office team, who will be happy to help you, by calling 01646 695267. The Torch will also be trialling contactless ticket checking to reduce queues and reduce contact.
If you are unable to connect to a member of the team, please leave a message on the answerphone, and we will return your call as soon as we can.

Terms and Conditions
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or screening with 24 hours notice, subject to availability and to payment of any price increase. A service charge will apply. Money cannot be refunded.
Resales are only possible in the event of a sold-out performances. We cannot guarantee a resale and the tickets must be in our possession at least one hour before the start of the performance. A service charge will apply.
If you’ve already booked your ticket/s before 15 November 2021 for a theatre event or film screening, you can request a credit on your account, exchange your tickets to another event or receive a refund if you're unable to comply with the Welsh Government legislation.
From 15 November 2021, if you book to come and see a theatre performance or film screening, please make sure you have a COVID Pass before attending otherwise you'll be refused entry and you won't get a refund.
Camera, camcorders and other types of recording equipment are not permitted in the auditorium.
Latecomers may be required to wait for a suitable break or interval in the performance or screening before being admitted to the auditorium.
The Theatre Management reserves the right to change venues for screenings or performances and to alter seating arrangements from reserved seating to unreserved without notifying the customer.
The Torch Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises.
* Meerkat Movie voucher codes are redeemed via our Box Office on the day of the film. We are unable to accept the codes online.
If you are using credit on your Top Up Card, please call the Box Office on 01646 695267 to make this purchase. Top Up Card credit payments can not be processed through the online checkout. Refunds can not be issued at a later date.

Parking is available in Robert Street car park approximately 200 metres from the Theatre.
Please note that there is no on-street parking in St Peter’s Road or Lower Robert Street, which is for residents only. Disabled badge holders may park in bays directly in front of the Theatre.
Café Torch is run by Catering Manager Lisa Canton.
Café Torch will remain closed in September. We are planning a phased re-opening of Café Torch and our bar areas over the Autumn as the venue returns to full capacity. We have refurbished the kiosk in the Box Office area, expanding its capacity, and this will be available to purchase alcoholic drinks, hot and cold drinks and a range of snacks and sweets. Please use contactless card payments wherever possible.
