Healthaspire set to host an Evening of Uplifting Inspiration at the Torch Theatre, this September!

On Tuesday 12 September, the public will be treated to a wonderful evening of inspiring and positive feel good vibes, with Healthaspire’s Ellen Picton! Healthaspire have previously held similar evenings at the Torch - 'That Sugar Film' and 'the Big Fat Fix', all of which proving to be highly popular with attendees offering positivity, improved senses of well-being and inspiring lifestyle changes for the better.

Ellen's health journey began by being told she couldn't have children and offered a hysterectomy at aged 24. Declining this and deciding to use nutrition and exercise to heal her endometriosis, she shocked doctors by becoming and staying pregnant and gave birth to her daughter Isabelle who arrived 14 days late on Mother's Day - the perfect gift!

Ellen felt like she had to help spread the power of nutrition and got qualified and set up her business Healthaspire at Milford Marina and had since helped in excess of 1,000 private patients, providing glowing feedback as their lifestyles and wellbeing improved.

These events are a brilliant way of sowing seeds and inspiring people, with the evening on Tuesday 12 September being no exception! This particular film shows immense self-discipline from an individual who completes 50 sporting activities in 50 days using real food as fuel.

The film will start at 6.15pm and will then be followed by healthy canapés in the gallery, where people can find out more information about Healthaspire and putting their health first.

Head down to the Torch Theatre this September, and be inspired!
