My Moves is a weekly, hour long workshops of fun dance based activities designed specifically for adults with learning disabilities. In association with Arts Care Gofal Celf and Pembrokeshire People First.

Golden Groovers – Dance for Health
Golden Grooves is a weekly, hour long dance workshop for over 50s – suitable for all abilities and energy levels. In association with Arts Care Gofal Celf.
No previous dance experience is necessary – all dances can be adapted for all abilities and energy levels, standing and seated.
Every Friday in the Junction, Torch Theatre, 11:45am – 12:45am, admission £3.00

Both of these dance activities are always populated with very happy and enthusiastic groups; Golden Groovers has really started to take flight!
