The Torch Cinema, Milford Haven is proud to present the concert film Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders from Mars (PG) with an exclusive documentary featuring members of the original Ziggy tour. This concert can be seen for one night only at 8pm on 7 March.

Featuring David Bowie and his backing group, The Spiders from Mars, performing at the Hammersmith Odeon in London on 3rd July 1973, the rockumentary is a mix of backstage and onstage footage including Bowie’s hits, album cuts and covers Rolling Stones and Velvet Underground songs.

This digitally and audio remastered documentary will be paired with a brand new, 30 minute Bowie documentary giving insight into the 1973 Hammersmith event, filmed exclusively for this event by the team behind Q and MOJO Magazine.

This shows the historic performance in which Bowie made the sudden announcement that the show would be “the last show that we’ll ever do.” This transpired to be the shock announcement that he was retiring the Ziggy Stardust persona.

Please note that the ticket price of £13.00 includes a souvenir copy of Mojo magazine, specially curated for this event dedicated to the life and times of Ziggy Stardust containing special features and replica artwork from the original 1973 programme.
